Phase 3: Online Shift & Educational Support (Months 6-12)

  • Train independently 3-4x/week on your schedule
  • Weekly video submissions for form review
  • Asynchronous feedback within 48 hours
  • Monthly program adjustments
  • Continued education modules
  • Outcome: You train solo with confidence

Phase 4: Graduation & Alumni (Month 12+)

  • Complete independence
  • New custom program every 6 weeks (€60)
